- Shipping & Delivery
- We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50.00. We usually ship all orders the same day or within 24 hours. Orders that are placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be shipped the next business day. We do not charge handling fee regardless of the amount ordered. We mail all packages via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail with the added features of tracking number and delivery confirmation. The normal expected arrival time is 48-72 hours. Once the package is mailed, we will send you a Shipment Update email confirming the mailing date and tracking number.
- Privacy & Security
- San Jose Beads understands our customers' concerns regarding the privacy of the information they share with us. We hold our customers, and the information they share with us, in the highest regard. Maintaining your privacy is critical to us. We will not sell, share, or rent your information to third parties.
- Returns & Replacements
- All returns must be made within 10 days from receipt of your orders. The returned goods must include original receipt so that we can properly process the order and issue your refund in a timely manner. Returned items must be well packaged to avoid damage. There will be no refund on returned items that are not in a saleable condition. We do not charge restocking fee for returned merchandise. Shipping costs are to be paid for by the customer. All returns must be well packaged to prevent damage, in original condition, original product packaging, and postage fully paid. No partial strands of beads will be accepted. Upon receipt of the return items, a credit will be issued to your Credit Card or to your Paypal account.
- Ordering
- There is no minimum order at San Jose Beads. Shortly after completing your order, you will receive an email from San Jose Beads confirming receipt of your order.
